Overview

Mnemba atoll is a half-day sailing, swimming, snorkeling and relaxation excursion with a delightful fresh lunch included. This tour explores the conserved (protected oceanic area) coral reefs around mnemba island (mnemba island is privately owned), famous for encounters with common dolphins, green turtles and tropical, reef fish such as Angel Fish / Blue Spotted Rays / Black Snappers / Groupers / Red Tooth Triggers / Flounders / Octopuses / Leaf Fish / Scorpion Fish / Stone Fish / Frog Fish and lots of Trevallies that come to feed on the reef

DAY 1

Itinerary

From the starting point in nungwi/kendwa beaches in the northern east of Zanzibar. you join a boat trip (8:30 am) heading to mnemba island where you will explore marine life on the protected reefs

Later on you will head to matemwe for lunch

afterwards, sailing back to nungwi/kendwa

Tip: be sure to join nungwi sunset dhow cruise for a chilling evening
